Pain, fatigue, and chronic stress can touch many aspects of our lives.
I am here to listen and, when you're ready to make changes, support you with that change. I believe in long-term strategies that support physical, mental and social health through working on things like better sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management. Naturopathic medicine sometimes uses other recommendations, like supplements or acupuncture, to support these changes, but my goal is to help people to make affordable, lasting changes whenever possible.
I work to combine the preferences and values of the people I see with the best available research and my own experiences to develop a plan that makes sense for them, while working with their other healthcare providers.
